No. Our cleaning professionals will bring with them all equipment and supplies needed to clean your home or business. We can use your products upon request.
Yes! Our cleaning products are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
Service reliability is extremely important. We will often turn down business rather than disrupt a regularly scheduled customer. In exchange, if you need to reschedule, we request that you give us advance notice before 5 PM the day before your scheduled cleaning. Our business number 432-235-0523, and email, cleanthree@hotmail.com, are always available to you. If the cleaning pro is unable to proceed with the cleaning upon their arrival, there is an additional fee of $10.00. Our cleaning pros are paid by the hour and this fee is necessary to cover their cost. We are happy to hold your house key and/or alarm codes to prevent accidental lockouts.
If one of our cleaning pros accidentally breaks something, we will do our best to either repair or replace that item.
Payment is due prior to our arrival, or upon arrival if paying with cash. Clean^3 will send an invoice with a payment link before your scheduled cleaning, or cash may be left in a specified place.
